Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel, Boca Raton

The hotel room was just okay, barely fitting two queen size beds in it. The 'executive suite' seemed more like a large square room than a suite. The location was convenient for exploring Boca Raton with good beaches nearby and plenty of dining and shopping options. The dining experience had some hiccups with incorrect entitlements for breakfast. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.

Upon arriving two hours after the check-in time, we found that our room was not available, which was a letdown. The rooms, although nicely appointed, were on the small side, reminding me of a typical Holiday Inn setup out of the back room. On the bright side, the staff were all very welcoming and provided excellent customer service, making our stay unforgettable from the moment we arrived until we left. The location was fine, and I have revisited this hotel four times over the last four years, impressed by the beautiful outdoor tiki bar and the friendliest and most accommodating staff. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping, especially the Boca Raton town center Mall, added to the appeal of the area. The dining experience was a mix of being delicious in general but slightly lacking in breakfast options. Overall, the hotel offers great amenities, but there were minor inconveniences like not having our room ready on time.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although it had an overpowering smell of cleaning liquids upon arrival. The location was okay but not exciting, far from beaches, and a little disappointing for a trip to Florida. The dining options were apparently exclusive to platinum members, not as advertised, and there seemed to be some confusion.
